Join us for a Yoga Hike through Farrington’s woods.
The workshop will be led by Farrington staff member and yoga instructor, April Huth. It will begin with a vigorous hike through Farrington's trails. In this special workshop, April will focus on yoga poses that are beneficial for hiking and walking outside. This is a great workshop for beginners as well as advanced yogis.
The group will stop occasionally throughout the hike for Sun Salutations, hip and leg stretches, meditation and mindfulness exercises, ending with relaxation and savasana in nature.
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Dress comfortably, in layers. Hiking gear is not necessary. Sneakers or walking sandals are great! Yoga mats are not necessary. Bring bottled
