Application Deadline: Applications reviewed on rolling basis through May 10.

Do you love to organize and create systems and policies? Does balancing a checkbook make you feel happy? Do you like to do something different every day? Do you also love spending time in nature? Then we are looking for you!

The Office Manager will provide critical administrative and fundraising support for Farrington Nature Linc (FNL). We are looking for a mission-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented, seasoned, process-minded team member with experience in bookkeeping, administration, database management, and facilities management. This person should have great people skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to deliver measurable, cost-effective results.

Established in the early 1900’s, our mission is to enhance the well-being of children from low-income communities through a connection with the natural world. Our 75 acres of woodlands, fields and ponds near Boston are dedicated to providing respite and inspiration for children who might not otherwise have this opportunity. We envision a world in which every child has access to nature; every child learns that nature is a powerful source of health and happiness; and every child believes that stewardship of nature strengthens communities.

We are a small but mighty, and growing, team, serving over 2,500 youth per year through summer, vacation, and afterschool programs. Learn more at our website farringtonnaturelinc.org.
