Fall 2021 Extend Teen Leaders Adventures

Wondering what our teen leadership team has been up to this fall? During the school year, we continue to deepen our connection to the natural world through new experiences outdoors. In September we had the chance to work with Revolution Trapeze in Stow, MA where we were able to try flying trapeze!

In October we took our teen leaders to Manchester, NH with our guides Phil and Todd from Mooney Mountain Guides to climb rocks. When asked to describe how being outside made them feel, teens responded with "relaxed", "calm", "proud" and "happy".

We encourage our younger students and explorers to try new things and step outside comfort zones and, our our weekend adventures, we do the same for our staff and teen leaders.
