MISSION BASED PROGRAMS

Farrington Nature Linc connects youth from systemically marginalized communities with nature to create meaningful experiences that strengthen belonging, health and wellbeing, and equitable opportunities for young leaders to develop and thrive. We bring children out into nature at our property in Lincoln, MA, or in green spaces near their schools and homes.

We provide the following four program pathways:

FIELD TRIPS

We host groups of up to 65 youth at Nature Linc year round, and especially in the summer. We specialize in field trips for grades K-6th but can create amazing experiences for older youth.

AFTER SCHOOL

Farrington Nature Linc provides after school programs at your location for eight week cycles during the school year plus a field trip to Farrington on a half day or teacher in-service day.

TEEN LEADERSHIP

In May 2019 Farrington Nature Linc launched a year round teen leadership program. This will be an expansion of our current summer teen employment program in the school year.

TRAININGS

For the last several years, Farrington Nature Linc has provided nature based youth development trainings to the staff of the area camps and programs that visit during the summer.
